Good to know
Unlike most surf retreats, you can check-in any day of the week. However, keep in mind that there is no dinner on-site on Saturdays. Check out our Daily Schedule for more.
Age minimum is 15; no maximum ;)
Playa Hermosa offers consistent surf year-round in warm water, but it’s important for non-beginners to note that June through August can see south swells bringing larger waves. During this period, we can’t guarantee consistent out-the-back lessons for intermediates. This is a safety policy, as the south swells can sometimes bring 8+ foot waves.
Cancellation Policy
We will refund you:
100% - if more than 1 month from arrival
75% - if more than 1 week from arrival
50% - if less than 1 week from arrival
You can also change your reservation, pending availability, without any fees or loss of money.
